表干時間、24 h深層固化深度、粘結性能按照GB/丁13477《建筑密封材料試驗方法》系列方法標準進行測試。
最大拉伸強度、拉斷伸長率按照標準GB/丁528-2009《硫化橡膠或熱塑性橡膠拉伸應力應變性能的測定》進行測試。
表干時間和24 h固化深度是衡量MS密封膠固化速度的關鍵指標,對MS密封膠的最終粘結性能至關重要。不同官能團的硅烷偶聯劑對MS密封膠固化速度的影響如表所示。
通過對表的數據分析,可以發現不同官能團的硅烷偶聯劑對MS密封膠固化行為的影響差異。硅烷偶聯劑KH- 792在提升MS密封膠的表干速度上表現最為出色,其次是KH-540,L丫一178,再次是KH-550 , KH-560。其中,采用KH- 792制備的MS密封膠表干最快,是因為其雙氨基結構賦予了偶聯劑更強的堿性特征,對硅烷改性聚醚的水解縮合反應具有更高的催化能效;而相較于KH-550,采用KH - 540制備的MS密封膠表干更快,這主要是由于其甲氧基官能團相比于乙氧基官能團具有更高的反應活性;KH-560在這幾款硅烷偶聯劑中的催化活性相對較低。
值得注意的是,L丫一178作為一種新型復合硅烷偶聯劑,它包含活性胺基、環氧基和可水解烷氧基等多種活性官能團。相較于傳統的硅烷偶聯劑,L丫一178擁有更高的閃點、適中的反應活性,以其制備的MS密封膠表干速度并非最快,但固化過程呈現出最為理想的平衡狀態。在這幾款硅烷偶聯劑中,采用L丫-178制備的MS密封膠24 h深層固化深度最大,達到3.5 mm。
不同硅烷偶聯劑對MS密封膠力學性能的影響
MS密封膠的力學性能指其在不同環境條件下抵抗外力的能力,主要通過考察其拉伸強度和拉斷伸長率兩項指標得以體現。為了研究硅烷偶聯劑對MS密封膠力學性能的影響,本文采用5種不同的硅烷偶聯劑分別制備了MS密封膠,其力學性能測試結果匯總于表。
分析表中的數據可知,添加了KH- 792的MS密封膠的拉伸強度最大,同時,其粘結性能也較優,但其拉斷伸長率則較為一般。據此推斷,KH- 792偶聯劑在MS密封膠的交聯過程中起到了積極的促進作用,其含有的雙氨基結構與催化劑協同作用,有效提升了MS密封膠的拉伸強度,但也在一定程度上限制了MS聚合物分子鏈的運動能力。采用L丫一178硅烷偶聯劑制備的MS密封膠在各項性能指標上達到了較好的平衡綜合性能最優。http://m.hylybbs.cn/
