KH-792在提升硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強度和粘結性能方面表現較優,但在實際應用中發現,單獨使用KH-792作為增粘劑時,制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠對某些工程塑料基材的粘結力并不理想。因此,本文考慮采用偶聯劑復配的方式進行優化。具體做法為:將KH-792分別與KH-550,KH-560,KH- 540以及LY-178按照2:3的質量比進行復配,然后用這些復配偶聯劑等量替代原配方1中的KH-792,并由此衍生出配2,3,4,5。基于以上各配方制成的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,對其在不同基材上的粘結性能進行測試。
結果顯示,采用KH- 792與L丫一178復配作為增粘劑,制備的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠力學性能表現最優,其對不同基材粘結性能測試的結果匯總于表。
從表中的數據可以發現,通過硅烷偶聯劑的合理復配,能在保持硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠原有力學性能的前提下,顯著提升其對多種不同基材的粘結能力,有效彌補單一硅烷偶聯劑在粘結特定特殊基材時可能存在的性能短板。
復合硅烷偶聯劑L丫一178的拓展應用。在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠研究的基礎上,我們進一步探索了將復合硅烷偶聯劑L丫一178應用于脫酮肪型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠體系的可能性,并取得了類似的提升效果。試驗表明,采用L丫一178替代硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中原硅烷偶聯劑用量的30%-60%,能夠在不影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠力學性能的基礎上,顯著增強其對不銹鋼、PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲醋,即有機玻璃)、水泥等多種基材的粘結性能。鑒于試驗過程和結果類似,此處不再贅述。http://m.hylybbs.cn/
